Recruitment Associate

Olkazi Consultants is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team. Unlike an in-house recruiter working for one employer, you'll manage hiring for a rotating portfolio of client businesses across different industries — giving you broad exposure and the chance to build recruitment expertise that travels. You'll be the bridge between our clients' hiring needs and the right candidates, managing each search from initial brief through to placement.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client accounts at the same time
• Consult with clients to define role requirements, competencies and hiring criteria
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, professional networks and direct headhunting
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against each client's specifications
• Coordinate interview logistics and give timely feedback to clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and support handover to client HR teams for onboarding
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline across industries and locations

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in HR, business administration, or a related field
• 2-3+ years' recruitment or talent acquisition experience — agency or consultancy background preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing deadlines
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with high professionalism
• Working knowledge of the Kenyan labour market and hiring practices
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently across varied assignments
